Who we are

This website is run by Bogaerts.dev, a software company in Belgium. You can reach us at senne@bogaerts.dev.

What we collect

If you send us an enquiry: the name, email address, company and message you type into the form, and the optional budget and timing you choose. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else.

When you visit: we measure page views and general usage with a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It sets no cookies and does not follow you between sites or build a profile of you.

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not use tracking pixels.

Who can see it

• Your enquiry is delivered to our company mailbox by an email delivery service, and read by us.
• Our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes the technical requests needed to serve pages.
• We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as they are useful to answer you and to keep a record of what was discussed. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to senne@bogaerts.dev. If you are in the European Union you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we start doing anything different with your data, we will update this page first.
